Apple iPod Touch 32GB 3rd Generation: Best Review!

Saturday, May 1st, 2010

Ok I do know, iPad is the item of interest in Apple’s catalog at this time, but having just picked up the Apple iPod Touch 32 GB about thirty days ago considered I’d reveal my words. The iPod Touch is the development of every innovation Apple company had up there sleeves in MP3 player advertising for your final couple of years, minus there most recognized and important feature the ‘click wheel’. Should you do not thoughts that being dropped, do know note you know get a 3.5″ inch screen plus a significantly a lot more attractive user interface (I steer clear of saying cleaner, since the iPod’s layout was as uncomplicated as you can get) together with the evident touch screen.

Being really sincere, I was waiting for the Zune Hd 32 GB for the greatest time, the iPod device purely received my buy because of all the applications. I will say this brief and sweet, I definitely take pleasure in the Zune Hd because of the responsive display (OLED display aids) and efficiency, just not a fan of the application needed for it. Back on the touch, it is extremely sleek and packs plenty of punch for something weighing about 4 ounces. The audio output jack is 3.5mm, the newer 3rd gen products function ipod earbuds with a quantity manage and mic created in. I had not noticed the mic, as I immediately headed for other headphones/earbuds as I strongly dislike the quality of past stock buds included with Apple items.

General the iPod Touch is reliable, and flexible. It can execute tasks with convenience, and will grant you easily transportable gaming, music, movies, photos, internet, and messengers such as Yahoo! and AIM. Text messaging and social networking are as lightweight as actually, thanks to Safaris convenience of use. 32gbs will leave you asking what’s much more important, but one of the most important query is how do you would like to use up your battery power life? The battery can certainly be charged up again, but some items can chew through its life a little more quickly (viewing web pages, playing videos and so forth). The battery life isn’t poor, but seeing the 20% battery remaining sign can get somewhat infuriating when its appearing even after frequent costs. That is a pricey expense, ensure that you have a paid plan for it.

The backing scratches somewhat no biggy it is superficial, but it’d be awful to shed your entire facts from 1 wrong drop. That is a good purchase, having an Itunes account only adds additional to your deal, as apps turn into a reality. Media units such as this are one with the couple of factors I’m able to delight in extended vehicle rides.

I extremely suggest you to see more useful information at http://prideprice.com/ipod%2Btouch+model–search.html

Natal Helps Out Music Gaming

Monday, February 15th, 2010

Project Natal has been confirmed for this year meaning that along with myself there are some very happy people walking around. No controller is going to be needed for this new technology, truly groundbreaking stuff I have to say. I am pretty sure the limits on this are going to be endless. Natal is really goign to change the way that we play games like Guitar Hero and music games similar to it.

Anyone else looking forward to the brand new guitar hero this year. Obviously this wont happen but you will not need all of the instruments, surely.

The plus side

Surely one of the positives to this is that we dont have to keep paying out £70 for a plastic guitar if it breaks or a new games comes out.

Reasons Why They Won’t

I cant see Microsoft doing this simply because they must get a small portion of the sales from the guitars and you are likely to look even more of an idiot sitting there trying to play an invisible guitar.

However there are games where this kind of technology is going to do wonders such as driving and fun mini games. Driving has said to be the best as you do not need a wheel, just your hands and you step in and out to break and accelerate.

Will this be any better than the Wii? Well already there have been some really good reviews of the product and it hasn’t even finished development yet. The great thing about this is that it captures the enitre body's movement and not just the arm, is the Wii even going to be needed soon.

I wonder if you will be able to hook up drum kits and DJ equipment to it ?

A Review of the Microsoft Zune MP3 Player

Sunday, May 31st, 2009

For a while now, the Apple ipod has been the dominant product in the digital media player (DMP) market. Understandably so, ipod is a good music player with many great features.

But Microsoft’s introduction of the Zune, the company’s MP3 DMP player, Apple is facing some serious competition. Microsoft released the Zune in late 2006.The Zune has done very well in the marketplace and is giving the ipod a run for its money. Also, the Zune and the ipod are priced about the same and they both have many similar features.  However, there are some things that the Zune has that the ipod does not:

Below are the list of features supported by Zune and not ipod (based on a comparison of a 30GB Zune and a 30GB ipod:

  • Landscape video
  • Preloaded Audio and video
  • Built in FM tuner
  • Social networking
  • Custom background

In addition, the Zune features file sharing and Wi-Fi (wireless) support.Zune is set up to wirelessly share and play videos, songs, and photos with other Zunes. Zune will be able to hold 7,500 songs, 25,000 pictures, or 100 hours of video.  Microsoft will definitely take a big chunk of the MP3 player market form Apple, especially since a lot more people use a PC than a Mac, so that may be a big factor in how well the Zune performs in the marketplace.

I highly recommend the Zune, I have an 80GB and I love it!  I’ve already maxed out all 80 GBs of space.  Recently, Microsoft introduced a 120 GB Zune

Other nifty features include the subscription-based Zune Marketplace, which allows you to access an online database of new music without having to download it first to your computer. Zune is one of the first real portable media players. The other important aspect of the Zune Marketplace is the ability to download as many songs as you want for a flat fee.
