No Music In 2009?
Many people are celebrating a year of great music last year and yes I suppose there were a few singles that were half decent but I will say that on the whole the music industry suffered. There were no really decent guitars rifts and I can’t remember the last time I heard a really good drum solo from a decent drum kits player.
Why this happen so much in 2009? Well the major reason that all of this is happening is simply down to artists like Beyonce, Lady GAGA and Jay Z who are making increasingly annoying and poor music and pushing the real music makers away. I am sure it takes effort to put loads of sounds into the song but lets look at someone that doesnt, Taylor Swift. She doesn’t use fancy computers to hide or muffle her voice, doesn’t add in high tech sounds and has become a huge success. The reason for success is simply down to the people that hate all of the drivel that usually makes it into the top 40 buying her music.
Take the X Factor for example, people are sick of someone making a poor version of another song and getting to number 1 every year so people got together and made sure that didn’t happen. I suggest that people start buying real music instead of buying CDs that are made from artists that promote violence. Take N-Dubz for example. In my honest opinion I really cannot see the appeal in this band yet thousands of people think they are really great. It seems that there are too many young people around that love them and is this a good thing.
Come on people, get together, and throw out these people using DJ equipment and start buying real music! This will stop the poor artists from continuing to come out in 2010!
