2012 Concert Tours
It is anticipated that the year 2012 will be an explosive year on the music scene and if you do not want to spend a massive amount on concert tickets you should look into finding out the best way to get backstage passes.
The year couldn't be starting any better, as The Boss has announced the release of his new album, Wrecking Ball. The Springsteen and his E Street Band are anticipated to embark on a long awaited world tour in support of the album. It’s been confirmed that Springsteen will make appearances across Europe, throughout the year, but American tour dates haven’t been announced.
The Dave Matthews Band is rumored to be going on a world tour this year, with tour appearances booked in the U. S.. This has not been confirmed nonetheless , as the band’s web site doesn’t list any upcoming tour dates.
The Red Hot Chili Peppers have confirmed one or two tour dates, spanning from March to September.
The Stone Temple Pilots are scheduled to appear at the Titans of Tribute VII. The event will take place on February 10, 2012 at New Jersey’s Starland Dancehall. Tool and Alice in Chains are also booked to make appearances at the event.
The Coachella music fest is booked to run from April 13-15 and again April 20-22. The popular festival will host acts such as Doctor. Dre, Snoop Dogg, and Arctic Monkeys. Mazzy Star will be taking the stage at the fest, as will Bon Iver, Pulp, Florence & The Machine, and LaRoux. DJ Shadow is lined up to perform at the large music fest, as are David Guetta and Noal Gallagher’s High Flying Birds.
The Black Keys will make a brief jaunt thru North America, playing at shows in Philadelphia, NY, and Columbus. They will be appearing on approximately 10 stages in the US, as well as in Canada. Others predicted to launch big tours and make stops in the US include The Beach Boys, Kool & The Gang and Radiohead.
The dates for the Bonnaroo and Lollapalooza music festivals have been set, but the 2012 concert line-ups are to be released.
